Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Azm Investments L.L.C collects, uses, protects, and shares personal information when you use the Azm platform or participate in our programs.
1. Information we collect
We collect account and contact details; application and venture information; coaching and AI conversations; meeting, growth, and funding records; communications; and technical information such as device, browser, security, and usage logs.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the platform, review applications, deliver coaching and program services, personalize your experience, communicate with you, improve our programs, comply with legal obligations, and protect Azm, our participants, and the public.
3. AI-assisted services
Azm may use AI systems, including Sanad, to analyze information you submit and provide guidance. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not replace professional advice. Authorized staff may review interactions for safety, quality, and program support.
4. Sharing and service providers
We share information only as needed with authorized Azm personnel, advisors involved in your program, and service providers that support hosting, security, analytics, email, scheduling, and AI functionality. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.
5. International processing
Some service providers may process information outside Qatar. Where this occurs, Azm uses appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards consistent with applicable law.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the platform, administer the program, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Program records are generally retained for up to three years after participation ends, unless a longer period is required or justified. Information may then be deleted or anonymized.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of your personal information. Signed-in Builders can use the privacy request tools in their workspace. You may also contact us directly. Some requests may be limited by legal, security, or operational requirements.
9. Cookies and platform storage
We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain sessions, remember language and appearance preferences, and protect the platform. Additional analytics technologies, if introduced, will be described in this notice or presented with appropriate choices.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the platform, law, or our practices change. The current version will be posted here, and material changes may be communicated through the platform or by email.
