Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of the Azm platform and participation in digital services provided by Azm Investments L.L.C.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. You must provide accurate information, have authority to accept these Terms, and use the platform only for lawful purposes. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify Azm promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or shared without permission.
3. Program participation
Azm may review applications and determine eligibility, access, milestones, and continued participation at its discretion. Participation does not guarantee admission to any later stage, investment, commercial success, introductions, or other outcomes.
4. Your content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content and intellectual property you submit. You grant Azm a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, analyze, display, and share that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, provide the program, evaluate progress and funding readiness, and meet legal obligations.
5. Azm materials
The platform, brand, software, designs, documentation, and materials provided by Azm are owned by Azm or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the platform under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
6. AI, coaching, and information
AI-generated guidance, advisor feedback, templates, and platform content are provided for general informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions about your venture and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform; interfere with security or availability; access another person's account; upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or malicious content; scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law permits; use the service to train competing systems; or violate applicable law or third-party rights.
8. Third-party services
The platform may link to or depend on third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Azm is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
9. Suspension and termination
Azm may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where necessary for security, legal compliance, program administration, non-payment where applicable, inactivity, or a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the platform at any time and may request account deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
10. Availability and changes
The platform may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued. During pilot or early-stage operation, features may change and occasional downtime may occur. Azm will use reasonable efforts to preserve service continuity but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. Azm does not guarantee specific business, funding, or program outcomes. Azm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Courts with jurisdiction in Qatar will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@azm.investments.
